I? have hit the limit on these before, simply because they hit the limit WAY before the k12 tops do. just watch out. I set my gain on the back of the subs one notch below max to avoid hitting the limit.
September 21st, 2012 at 7:46 pmI have 2 of these and? 2 k12s very sick
September 21st, 2012 at 8:05 pmoh and how do you get it to where more bass comes through the ksub? ?
September 21st, 2012 at 8:58 pmwhat does? the mic and line switch do to the k12s?
September 21st, 2012 at 9:16 pmBandpass?
September 21st, 2012 at 9:52 pmim confused, is the KSub a bandpass or folded horn design?? im guessing bandpass since its too small to be a horn.
September 21st, 2012 at 10:39 pmGreat review! I’ve? been thinking about getting one of these. I’m a multi-instrumentalist looping artist. Will look into this. Thumbs up on the review and a subscription for ya. Check out my looping videos to see what l do and let me know if this would be enough because l usually use 18s, but hate how big they are…
September 21st, 2012 at 10:49 pmwhy would i run the risk to push my sub to? hard
September 21st, 2012 at 11:38 pmHey? Julio. The gear you’re looking at is great. It may be a bit of a stretch for 400 people though. Shoot us an email to sales at agiprodj dot com. We have some ideas…
September 21st, 2012 at 11:48 pmOH and I’m getting the 14 4 2 not the 16 2?
September 21st, 2012 at 11:51 pmOH and do you think the 14 4 2 is better than the 16 2 for? this?
September 22nd, 2012 at 12:48 am(there) sorry!?
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:18 amI want to get 2 K12’s, 1 K8, and 2 Ksub’s with an Allen&Heath Mixwizard. It’s my first buy, I barely got into audio now that I’m a pretty good musician, I love audio as? well as music. Would this do? I’m about to do a school dance for about 400 people in a cafeteria…will this handle it….I don’t need amps I’m presuming . Will I need Eq’s or stuff like that. (Sorry Super Noob) So I could just hook them up to the mixer and my laptop to the mixer and they’re?
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:55 amYes, we would agree on this point. The? mains definitely need to be a little higher.
September 22nd, 2012 at 1:57 ami love to have 2 of them with the k12 top i only dislike the pole mount it? brings the horn on ear hight it souns like crap than but its a cool set up
September 22nd, 2012 at 2:53 amIt’s the ultimate challenge of sound vs. space. I think the KSub will give you similar specs to? your EON subs (depending on which series you’re talking about). They are really great subs, but you do get a different kind of sound vs. single woofer or an 18″. Definitely fantastic for smaller venues & events.
September 22nd, 2012 at 3:06 amI really love jbls but down? here in trinidad there isnt anyone here as yet with the k series as yet. Do they sound as loud or louder than jbl eon sub series? I want to make the switch because of space in my vehicle
September 22nd, 2012 at 3:52 amdoes this speaker peak out fast because it is a? 12 inch sub?
September 22nd, 2012 at 4:19 amYeah, I suppose you probably could. QSC does a majority? of the movie theater systems you hear as a matter of fact. All the details and specs are available at qsc dotcom under Loudspeakers then K-Series.
September 22nd, 2012 at 4:31 amSay hello to one hell of a home theater subwoofer… Can you imagine 2 or 4 of these things in a home theater setup? That would be awesome… How much would one of these? cost? And do you know any specs on them? Like Frequency range or anything like that? A comment back would be much appreciated.
September 22nd, 2012 at 4:49 am@prodigymediagroup That? is awesome, we are grateful for your comments. Nice job on your Same Day Edit video…very well done!
September 22nd, 2012 at 5:31 am@prodigymediagroup Congrats! Can we ask where you bought it? Don’t forget, we are Authorized dealers for everything we sell, including QSC. We ship for free,? and never a sales tax. When you purchase from us, it keeps our lights on and keeps the camera filming the videos that everybody tells us they enjoy watching. Thanks.
September 22nd, 2012 at 6:18 amYES you can but? i would recommend the k8 because you angle is bigger witch means you get more coverage. Look into it and its smaller too 🙂
September 22nd, 2012 at 7:17 amyes sir
September 22nd, 2012 at 8:00 ambut the sound? difference will sound honorably
Quick Question!!
September 22nd, 2012 at 8:21 amI am just starting a Mobile DJ Biz. I have two Behringer 15″ Powered 400 watt cabinets and eventually I want to get some QSC equipment. I was planning on getting two k12’s and 2 K Subs! Could I daisy chain them to get the two Behringer’s,? the k12’s and the K Sub to work all at once???
