Chicago Electric 800 watt generator with a 700-500 watt load testII
My friend bought an 800 watt Chicago Electric Generator on sale for 79.00. Ran it once, and decided it wasn’t running right, so I asked to take a look at it, to see if I could figure it out. I changed the spark plug to a decent one, and did a couple load tests with a 100 watt light bulb, and and electric heater on the low(600 watt) setting

August 3rd, 2012 at 2:04 pmThose little generators are actually pretty robust. Theres a few vids around on YT of people dissecting them and they are built pretty well. Won’t run your whole house but will? give you a little power when you need it most.
