You’d be far better off building your own. You could build a better system for $ 1100-1200. You do not need 16 GB of RAM. 4 GB is enough for games, and 8 GB is overkill
Drop the AMD 1100T processor. Both the Intel Core i5 2500K/Core i7 2600K are much better processors, and have no need for liquid cooling since they can be clocked up to 4-4.5 ghz on air
