March 11th, 2013 at 4:20 pmThis is only 1 type of paintball, this particular one showcased in this video is called “Speedball” There is another alternative that many others play called “Woodsball” Woodsball is played in, you guessed it, the woods, with cover and obstacles made out of wood boards, big plastic cylinders, concrete, and other objects (pretty much up to the owner) Its more slow paced and is usually over a much? bigger area then speedball. From your post, id say this might suit you more, i know it does me :p
March 11th, 2013 at 5:19 pmThese are used due to portability of the field. Many of the fields used in the NPPL, Millenium and PSP series are moved around. Also, the inflatable bunkers offer some pros? over static objects (flexibilty, able to manipulate, etc). If you hate these “balloon” obstacles, then this style of play (competitive) isnt for you.

March 12th, 2013 at 12:45 amYes this is paintball… But there’s another. Scenario woodsball is radically different? from what I would refer to this as ‘speedball’. The pace of woodsball and scenario woodsball (or just plain scenario) is much slower and usually a much larger scale and usually more noob friendly.
