well to really answer this question the best you should have posted the brand names for all these amps. i only saw the brand on the first one. obviously though looking at the specs the bottom one will be the loudest cause it puts out 500 watts rms. but jl audio is a good brand. so the first amp will prob be pretty nice. if the 500 watt rms amp is a crappy amp brand then it might not even put out a true 500 watts. so it all depends on brands. if the bigger one though is a good brand go for it. some names of good brands are jl audio, kicker, rockford fosgate, jbl, or mtx any of those are names to look out for
