1916 Buffalo Nickel polishing
This was one of those red buffalo nickels from the dirt. First it was soaking in Kikkoman’s soy sauce for 24 hours. Then it was polished with metal polish.
Just another video of a few trips out metal detecting. I’ve still been in a slump as far as silver coins go, but I did find a few wheat pennies, a silver ring, a buffalo nickel and a gold filled bracelet.
@kevinniefer1 -Hi. It is “Metal Polish” from Autosol.? Can be used for all metals, especially for chrome-plated ones. Got this in the bicycle shop. TNX for asking. HH
