September 30th, 2012 at 9:05 pmNo comparison between a unit of power (Watt) and another for energy (kW-h).
Watts is the unit for power, power is energy used per second. Kilowatt hours is the unit of energy. A 1,000 watt (1 kilowatt) load will use 2,000 kWh if run for 2,000 hours.
