I have a HP computer, and I need to pick out a new power supply. My computer been freezing because my video card requires 500 watts. The last time I brought a power supply, it did not fit into my computer case. How do I choose the right power supply for my computer case?

Kenwood deck, Soundigital Nano-250 watt amps (one on woofers, one on mids/highs), Rockford Fosgate Pro Audio speakers, Rockford Fosgate 8″ subwoofer and of course, an SMD VU-Din. This thing actually sounds pretty damn good! Too bad it will be a rotten mess before anyone besides a few people gets to hear it. I have Scoche 12 guage “high performance” speaker wire; it was the best they had at Wal-Mart. Can that handle 500 watts? I have a Boss DD3600 which is a one-channel mono block and puts out about 1000 Watts at 2 ohms, but I’m using two speakers. Since the speakers are Dual voice coil, I can also run two lines to each speaker instead of splitting it.
