Question by Djmorgunz: My wife was accepted into SDSU’s Nursing Program. We are a military family so what if i have to move?
I might get orders someplace else. Can she go at a later date? Is it legal for them to say too bad? We do not want to ask yet since it is only a possibility and we don’t need to make trouble the day after her acceptance. Any info for us?

I am sure there is a rule written somewhere. Ask the nursing program. Pretend you’re somebody with a different name on the phone and act like someone else just asking for the rules on this.

Of course they can withdraw her acceptance; nothing illegal about that. You need to talk to them. It will do no good to start and then have to move.

She probably cant delay entry into her nursing program but I do know if you get orders and she is in school, you can delay her in your accompanied orders due to schooling but you will have to go to your new duty station with out her and the military will move her to you when she is done with school.
