There are so many different ATI 5670 cards online, each made by different manufacturers. Are all of these basically the same? And the new comp im getting has a 500 watt psu but an ati 5450 card and i want to upgrade to a 5670, will a 500 watt be enough?

ATI HD 5670 is just a 64 watt card and does not even have a PCIe power connector. Even a good 350W PSU should have no problem powering an HD 5670 set up 24×7.
