Question by James T: What Power Supply Should I get with the Antec P180 Case?
I plan on purchasing the antec P180 case for a new pc build. I wanted a good power supply. However I know that the P180 has a bottom mounted psu slot. What would be some recommended psu units that are reliable and have long enough cables? I’m looking for a psu of 500+watts and at least one 6pin connector for graphics. price range 60-100 dollars.

How big the power supply will depend on the number of devices you installed in your casing. For example, 350W is enough for one hard disk, and one ROM drive.

Usually the Antec Neo would fit the PSU cage. Larger PSU won’t fit the cage and gets obstructed by the 120mm fan. That was the actual experience in this review:

And since PSU mounting is at bottom of case, be sure PSU cables are long enough to reach motherboard connectors that will be near the top of the case.
