Juicing is a great step to attaining a healthful and energetic lifestyle. In this video, Joe Cross from Reboot Your Life shows us a healthy mean green juice made using the Breville Dual-Disc Juice Extractor. An easy-to-operate juicing machine makes liquefying raw vegetables and fruits easier. This Breville juice extractor is a great kitchen appliance with an extremely powerful motor with five speeds that ensures maximum yield. Joe starts juicing by putting in celery, cucumber, lemon, green apples, kale, ginger and spinach inside the juicing machine. He allows the mixture to blend completely in the machine and stirs the wonderful juice that he likes to call “The Mean Green Juice”. Pour the green juice into a glass and drink up! The Breville juice extractor features a separate container that collects the fiber from the vegetables and fruits used for juicing. You can use this residual fiber collected by your juicing machine as compost for your garden. Use the Breville juice extractor to experiment with more nutritious and revitalizing recipes. This user-friendly juicing machine is a perfect way of detoxifying your body with fresh, healthy juices. So get juicing! September 12th, 2012 at 3:08 amI wouldn’t say juicing is worthless. To each their own mate. The reason I prefer juicing is because all the vitamins and nutrients are absorbed much better and faster when in? juice form. But smoothies every now and again are great too 🙂
September 12th, 2012 at 3:08 amA lot of people who have been juicing for a while really do think its sweet. But because beginners are used to foods being so loaded with sugar it seems like grass water to us. Just add more fruits to your juices? and i think you’ll like them better. One of my fav. sweet juice recipes is: Carrot, Cucumber, Lemon, and Strawberry or Raspberry.
September 12th, 2012 at 3:46 amThis is the worst type of juicer you can get because? you loose over 50% of the vitamins and enzymes.
September 12th, 2012 at 4:38 amThe best way to juice is with a Norwalk which grinds the veggies and then presses out the juice, or use a Champion juicer with a blank plate to bring and get a juice press
what am i doing wrong? these ppl say? its sweet, and tastes good. i figured it would be like the green machine drink u get at gas stations. well, this tastes like shit.. i dont know what im doing wrong but theres no sweetness at all, it tastes like someone ground up some grass in warm water, and let it sit until it cooled.
September 12th, 2012 at 5:31 amabout 15$?
September 12th, 2012 at 5:47 amJuicing is? worthless. The real nutrition is in the Pulp/Skin. Get a STRONG blender with a good blade to liquify the pulp as much as possible. Sooooo much better.

September 12th, 2012 at 7:49 amI have a vitamix blender. Will eating the fiber with blending better than juicing which takes the fiber out? I can? add other fruits and vegetables or even water so it isn’t so thick. What would Dr. Fuhrman or Joe would say?
September 12th, 2012 at 8:48 amomg kale? tastes so badddddd!
September 12th, 2012 at 9:15 amI have found that putting in Kale first, and then following it with a high-water content vegetable (such as cucumber) helps? to get more juice out of the kale.
September 12th, 2012 at 10:11 amhi thank you for helping me and my family be alot healthier :-):-) you deserve a humanatarian award:-) this drink? really is healthy for you :-):-):-):-) an a plus drink

September 12th, 2012 at 2:36 pmWith his accent, I feel like I’m watching a juicing infomercial.?
September 12th, 2012 at 3:06 pmI just started mine a few days ago. Over the first 3 days I am looking? at about 15 bucks a day. I drink between 4-6 juices of 16oz a day.
Im not totally sure why people think it is overly expensive. I suppose if you compare it to processed, frozen, factory foods then yeah…I guess it is. If you compare it to a normal whole natural food diet (poultry, seafood, grains, veggies, fruits, dairy) it will definitely be the same or cheaper. Its not forever and the benefits will be oh so worth it.
September 12th, 2012 at 3:53 pmI’m looking at starting juicing soon. Maybe a? 10 day juice fast. I am a college student (20 years old) so I am on a bit of a budget. How much does a juice fast normally cost? I noticed that was quite a bit of veggies there and not much juice. And also how much would be considered one serving? Thanks very much!
