Question by Believe me: What amp do i get if i have 2 15′ crv Kickers ?
each speaker is capable of 500 rms at 2 maybe 4 ohms (not sure bout the ohms) I have a phonics digital 1000 watt amp but it barely pushes and i don’t want to blow my speakers.
I need a quality amp and my b-day is in less than a month ! I know D class is the best.
BTW one of the speakers has a small hole on the rubber thing (not good) and i also think the box is not in the best shape. so i may have to get a new one. But the speakers push because the guy who sold it to me connected em to his amp and they were THUMPING HARD af!
Give me some good advice i’ve had 10’s and 12’s before but never 15’s till now.

well i have a single 15 and i use a planet audio 1000.1m amp but it all depends on the brand..you say yours push about 500 rms a piece i would say your amp is about the right amperage but the quality and brand is probably whats causing your problem..and the box too, all these factor in to how it sounds…but i wouldnt go for anything too far over 1000 for those
