I have 2 12″ comp12 kickers which are 500 watt peak 250 rms with 4ohm resitance and one voice coil what would be a good cheap amp that i could buy that wouldnt hurt them and give me enough power to bump my truck?

I would say go with a amp around 600w RMS.
You need a little extra power because of amplifiers tending not to produce all the wattage they say they will.
Especially because all the CEA amps are tested at 14.4V and most car batteries are 12V and run around 13.5 when your car is on.
ALL of these amps I am recommending are meant for a 4 ohm load, however if you want to wire your subwoofers at a different load and they still work, cool beans!
