Growing up as one of the only Indian-Americans in her small town in Georgia, Sharada Jambualpati faced all sorts of discrimination and insults. Now, she’s getting her law degree from UC Berkeley and working toward becoming an advocate for immigrant children and young convicts, who feel much like she did when she was growing up.
