This wasent? really about the car as much as the subs but since you asked about my car im going to make a video of what i have done to it but before heres a quick list… High performance Chip, K&N Cold air intake with ram air through front grill, Cat Back Exhaust 2.5inch pipe to a 3 inch tip, Racing rims with racing street tires. Custom Halo projection L.E.D headlights, New struts and shocks with springs, Custom gapped spark plugs. and more 🙂

December 18th, 2012 at 7:31 amTo be honest man this is a really old setup i had but let me tell you the subs are really good and durable and i cant remember what the gains where but i think i had the bass boost set alittle lower and the gains werent too high either ill check out my old amp this week? for ya and see if the old settings are still theyre. 🙂

December 18th, 2012 at 8:36 amYeah i bet Kickers are good i had a 1200 watt kicker l5 hooked up to 400 watts and for a sing 12″ woofer that thing would kick hardcore i would consistently be? louder than most 2 10 systems or even 2 12 systems and btw this is my old setup though if ya wanna see my new one i will take a video this week.

P.S. when you leave a comment like sounds like crap or thats sounds terrible you really just make yourself look dumb cause all subs sound like that when recorded.
December 18th, 2012 at 9:28 amLOL low quality audio/video sounds like that and trust me in person they sounded super clean? i have a single 15 now ported and box is tuned at 32hz and let me tell you on video it sounds absolutely terrible but in real life its very loud.

December 18th, 2012 at 9:21 pmI wouldn’t risk the chance of a fire with a plastic shower? curtain when diffusion is cheap enough. Also if you want to look somewhat pro there are very cheap collapsible filters that give you bounce and silver reflection and a bronze/gold colored jacket with a black back that zips over the silver disc. I forget who makes them.
I’m not ripping the video apart or anything just offering the alternatives 🙂

December 18th, 2012 at 10:38 pmI found a great way to light a video is go to your local video photo store, buys a light stand for around $20…then buy the umbrella stand attachment…then go to a hardware store? and buy a 3500 cooler lighting bulb and a can light…..then take the can lights arm off and attach it to the stand and now you have a light on a stand and that can hold an umbrella! and it costs in total around 60 buckS!!

I have a question: I am recording my band in VERY dark clubs with a Zoom Q3HD. While I am not expecting miracles, because this is more of an audio recorder, the videos look absolutely HORRENDOUS in dark clubs and bars. We don’t have? stage lighting yet, so in the meantime, can you recommend a way to light the stage to make the video recordings more passable and without killing the eyes of the musicians? Thanks! 🙂
December 19th, 2012 at 2:18 amI have the same yellow tripod with 2-500w tungsten light. The shower courtain is a great idea, but as you mention, it? will burn. If you light directly to the subject it is excesive licht and make a shadow behind your subject.

I made the exercise to put the light to the ceiling and it covers very good my needs. Your opinions?
