I read an article who mentioned affiliate marketing as one of the best ways on how to earn online. I am looking for a tutorial or anything that explains me about affiliate marketing. Thanks in advance.

A good question….Affiliate Marketing is a great business but so many people go about it all wrong. And most people don’t earn any money from it – why? Because no matter how good your website and product if you cant get anyone to see it – you won’t make any money. That is where Traffic is so very important, I joined a website for free that gives me traffic, I was not going to mention it but you seem to be very eager to learn – so go fill your boots with this website – beware!!!! you will get tonnes of great traffic

There are basically two types of affiliate marketing. The second type of affiliate marketing is the serious, must-be-disciplined type of affiliate marketing. The people who do these are the ones who are usually making at least a few hundred dollars a month. But this option takes a lot of time, effort, dedication and knowledge. DO NOT get fooled by anyone saying that you don’t need to know anything about this type of affiliate marketing because you do. This type of affiliate marketing generally requires you to have a website, do keyword researches, buy expensive affiliate marketing tools etc. So if you want to go for it, be prepared to have a budget and dedicate your time to it.

Most people new to affiliate marketing think that all they have to do is post a few ads in the classifieds, or a bunch of links. If you do just those things chances are you won’t get a sale. You have to market the product(s) in order to make sales, which can be difficult, but not impossible.
There are thousands of products to market but you must have some knowledge of how to market, and perform analysis, in order to compete in the marketplace.
There is a wealth of information for sale on the internet on how to make money with affiliate programs, but the question is will they work for you. It’s very difficult to discern
if a product or service is going to work for you. I have bought products related to making money as an affiliate and followed the instructions precisely and never made a dime.
I would suggest they you do not spend money on the first book or kit you see, look for reliable resources. Check the reviews to see what people are saying about the product or service. People generally give an honest opinion about their experience with a product or service.
Define a niche market, and target your affiliate products to that market. DON’T pick a product just because you think it looks cool.
You may consider getting some great leads by writing articles, swapping advertising, swapping articles, using message boards, chat rooms, banner ads, or classifieds. Think about online communities like a virtual café, or other gathering places for people to get together with similar interests.
