Also i dont really even know what these mean so could i just buy these and run my PC and if not what is missing? Any input is helpful? Here are the things?

oh I have no idea about the hardware but let me tell you this…
Don’t spend your money on buying OS…just let me know if you want it…I will give you a link of any OS you want…
Windows XP (home/pro)
Windows Vista(home B/Home P/ultimate)
Windows 7 Beta
just trying to help you save money because I can see that buy building a computer you are trying to save money as well….
so just let me know I’ll be happy to give the link to you…I’m on Windows 7 – it’s faster and better and complete than vista
